Everything is made to order except for the soaps. Our turn-around time is at the maximum 3-4 business days but more than likely, it won't take that long. Our goal is to have your order shipped within 24 hours of it being placed. All our products are shippable with no restriction. We ship USPS and use flat rate shipping and first class mail. We charge a one time shipping fee of $5 regardless of the amount ordered. Orders over $75 get free shipping. All our boxes leave with USPS tracking. You will receive an email with the tracking number and you can also track it on the USPS website. For international orders, you must contact us first! Shipping overseas is expensive and the flat rate of $5 does not apply. We reserve the right to cancel any international transaction made using the $5 flat fee. We do not currently offer pick up for local buyers for liability reasons. We are currently using sustainable paper for printing and wherever possible recycled labels for our printing. We reuse boxes, packing peanuts, other packing material and we recycle as well. For sanitary reasons, we have opted to use shrink wrap for our soaps. It allows the soap to breathe and you can recycle it. You can also pass the packing peanuts along. If you have a Freecycle in your area, you can also pass them along to someone else there. The boxes leave our hands in perfect condition. If there is damage to the box and you opted for insurance, you must file with a claim with the USPS. If you didn't buy insurance, I cannot replace the items. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any reasons. We list all our ingredients so please make sure that you are not allergic to any of them. Our ingredients are listed from the greatest to least amount used in the product. |
